2. Account & Subscription Terms

Billing: Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You agree to pay the subscription fee associated with your selected plan (e.g., $297/mo).

Authorization: By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge your card automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

3. SMS and Email Communications

By submitting a contact form or signing up for our software, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text) messages and emails from Pacific Growth Strategies regarding account alerts, support, and product updates.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can unsubscribe from emails via the link provided in the footer.

Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your software subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

Refunds: We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the software platform within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for partial months.

You confirm that the phone number and email address you provide are accurate and that you are the authorized user of those contact methods. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pacific Growth Strategies provides this software "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
